14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. No questions asked.
This guarantee applies to:
- Initial subscription purchases
- Subscription renewals (within 14 days of each renewal charge)
- Plan upgrades
Subscription Model
StratBase.ai subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Key points:
- Billing occurs on the same date each month
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless you explicitly cancel
- You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription
- No long-term contracts or commitments are required
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription. Upon cancellation:
- You retain access to all paid features until the end of the current billing period
- Your account automatically downgrades to the Free tier after the period ends
- Your backtests, strategies, and data are preserved (not deleted)
- You can resubscribe at any time to regain access to paid features
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Send an email to support@stratbase.ai
- Include your account email address and order details
- We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days
Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider.
Processing Time
Approved refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment method.
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
